Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is authorized and verified. All items are shipped via USPS.
Shipments may take 2-7 days per USPS and are subject to delays based on the carrier demand.

Once shipped, your item/items will be marked as shipped. Once mailed, Dalix Shop relinquishes all fees and responsibilities.

Important:
Before placing an order, make sure the address entered is correct. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. The client must pay to ship it again if the item was returned because of this.

Lost Packages:
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to their destination. If your order is marked as delivered and it happens to be misplaced at the final destination we will not be replacing your order.
